It's not my fault, it wasn't that bad - and other excuses and denial do not provide freedom. So, what does freedom provide? Come this week to hear the answer. LAST WEEK'S NUMBERS: In-Church Sunday Attendance: 109 WEB Attendance: 49 In-Church /Vanco Offering: $7,285.33 Wednesday Midweek: 41 MEN'S MINISTRYReminder (yes men we are getting OLDER): Saturday, March 9 from 8:00-9:30 a.m. there will be a Trinity Men’s Ministry (TMM) meeting here at TLC. At our first meeting we had 14 men and are looking for more this time. Plan on attending for fellowship, fun and food plus a study of the Word on the topic of “Aging Gracefully”. You won’t want to miss this part, not only for the laughs but for the “encouragement” we all need. A deluxe European breakfast will be served (free will offering). Bring a friend, member or not.
LWML MITE BOXES: Trinity will have it’s quarterly Mite Box collection on Sunday, March 10th. Please bring your filled mite boxes as we further God’s Kingdom work with our humble offerings. Thank you for your continued generosity!
EXTENDED HANDS FOOD BANK. Thank you for your continued support in Jesus’ name for the Food Bank during February. Our next monthly in-gathering is Sunday, April 7th. The Food Bank particularly needs Mac and Cheese, Canned Fruit, Peanut Butter & Jelly (plastic bottles only), and Frozen Meats, which can temporarily be stored in the church freezer. Please continue to contribute shelf stable items and/or checks that should be made out to the “Extended Hands Food Bank”. Thank you for your generosity!! |

The Law of the Lord Is Perfect The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork. Day to day pours out speech, and night to night reveals knowledge. There is no speech, nor are there words, whose voice is not heard. Their measuring line goes out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them he has set a tent for the sun, which comes out like a bridegroom leaving his chamber, and, like a strong man, runs its course with joy. Its rising is from the end of the heavens, and its circuit to the end of them, and there is nothing hidden from its heat. The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul; the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple; the precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes; the fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever; the just decrees of the Lord are true, and righteous altogether. More to be desired are they than gold, even much fine gold; sweeter also than honey and drippings of the honeycomb. Moreover, by them is your servant warned; in keeping them there is great reward. Who can discern his errors? Declare me innocent from hidden faults. Keep back your servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me! Then I shall be blameless, and innocent of great transgression. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer. |
